The idea for a fresh milk and milk products delivery business to the local community in Latur, Maharashtra, was born out of a desire to provide high-quality, locally sourced buffalo milk and milk products directly to consumers’ homes. To fulfill this purpose, we conducted market research. We traced contact numbers from friends and relatives, and also hired people to conduct surveys. We briefed customers about our products and the motto behind our business. Customers favored and supported our business concept, which involved delivering fresh milk directly from the farm to homes without any adulteration or processing. This approach also aimed to support local farmers. Based on the positive responses collected from customers, we developed a robust business plan for a fresh buffalo milk and milk products home delivery service, which commenced on June 1, 2020.

Ms. Sunita has an M. Tech in Computer Science also done a certificate course in IIMB- Do your Venture Entrepreneurship. She worked as a professor for 4 years as an engineering professor. In 2020 she shifted to the social sector due interest in serving the community at large.She joined Swayam Shikshan Prayog (SSP) because of working in the social sector, in March 2020. Currently, she is a Program Manager at SSP, Ms. Sunita lead for Digital Rural Women Entrepreneur in coordination with Digital India Corporation (DIC). She also led the project for Agri-entrepreneurs and SME technology with the NASSCOM Foundation, She also helped to train women as digital entrepreneurs. As she is the founder supporting SCALE in strategic direction for a company that works for marginal women farmers in rural areas.
Mr. Sachin Patil, the proud Co-Founder of Social Connect Agri Livelihood Enterprise Pvt Ltd. He graduated with an MBA in Marketing from the University of Pune. As a co-founder, Mr. Sachin has been instrumental in establishing a direct link between 1300 customers in Latur and local farms, providing them with fresh, quality milk. His passion for agricultural livelihoods and marketing have driven the company's mission to bridge the gap between rural Producers and urban consumers and make a positive impact on both ends of the supply chain.
